Baggage Policy
The maximum size for a carry-on bag allowed by JetBlue is 22 x 14 x 9 in (55.88 x 35.56 x 22.86 cm), and the maximum size for a personal item is 17 x 13 x 8 in. A passenger’s carry-on bag will be checked at the gate if it does not fit in the overhead compartment.
JETBLUE CARRY ON FOR CHILDREN: The JetBlue baggage allowance is not available for infants held on an adult’s lap. However, in addition to the child’s diaper bag, stroller, and car seat, the accompanying adult may also bring their carry-on luggage.
JETBLUE CARRY ON AND MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS: A musical instrument may be brought on board as a carry-on item if it can fit in the overhead compartment (usual carry-on dimensions do not apply). If an instrument doesn’t fit, an extra seat can be purchased. The instrument cannot weigh more than 165 pounds and must be placed in a window seat.
JETBLUE CARRY ON AND BRINGING PETS ON BOARD: Some domestic animals are permitted to travel with their owners and may be stored in a container beneath the front seat. A maximum of four pets are allowed on every flight, with a limit of one pet per passenger. Pets must be transported in containers no bigger than 17 x 12.5 x 8.5 inches. The combined weight of the pet and its carrier cannot be more than 20 lbs. A carrier is among the carry-on items. A pet must be transported on board and costs $125 one-way.

Check-in
For both domestic and international flights, an online check-in option is offered 24 hours before departure and is open until 90 minutes prior to departure.
The check-in window is 45 minutes before domestic lights and 90 minutes before international lights if the JetBlue mobile app is being used.
Only tickets with confirmation are eligible for it.
Within 24 hours of departure, a jetBlue boarding pass is available. Having a printed boarding pass is preferred, but if you don’t have one, you can get one by using your phone.
Bags must be left in the drop-off area by travellers with checked luggage.
To use the online check-in option, you do not need to be a TrueBlue member. Up to ten bags may be checked in by one passenger at a time.
